THE SETUP
As you grow from a Mini General Session into a larger meeting, Casual Corporate can blend into the bigger production as your front-of-house tech, operating a critical part of the show while helping plan and manage the event.
The person you plan with stays active on site. There’s no pass-down to a show caller or another technical director. Your familiar Casual Corporate tech carries the plan into the room and runs a key part of the production.
Keeping planning and an active technical role with the same person is the most cost-efficient way to scale the production.

WHAT IT DOES
- Blends into the larger production as the front-of-house technical operator.
- Plans and manages the event, then operates a critical live-show role on site.
- Coordinates video, presentation and graphics playback, room sound, and recording within the show plan.
- Keeps the plan and live operation with the same familiar technical partner, without a handoff to a separate caller or technical director.
