What comes with it?
Preset
The fixed package as listed, with basic booking/admin. No customized pre-production or post-production.
Content deadline: supply final, tested content at least five business days before the event.
Managed
Includes 8 hours of normal advance planning, presentation gathering and client coordination, plus the package-specific post-production shown below.
The listed post-production hours and deliverable are included, not extra charges.
Regular packages are not custom builds. Custom creative design, unique room designs and compressed schedules are quoted separately. No rushed builds on regular packages.

Large-format collaboration
Eight 55-inch matte displays arranged in an octagon, three 4K PTZ cameras, 16 push-to-talk table microphones, two 4K switchers, four laptops, slide advancer and a full eight-speaker sound system with digital mixer and stagebox.

Interview + Teleprompter
Three-camera interview
Two matte 55-inch displays, three PTZ cameras, two wireless lavaliers, four RGB panel lights with stands and ballast, four laptops for capture/playback and a one-switcher production path. Teleprompter workflow uses the production laptop and approved script.

Travel beyond the included local zone
$2.75 / extra road mile per leg + $85 / travel hour
Packages include local delivery/pickup up to 20 miles each way. Parking, tolls, venue and hotel costs pass through at cost.
Additional gear day for rehearsal
50% of the package gear subtotal per rehearsal day
Add rehearsal labor at $125/hour, with a 4-hour minimum ($500). A setup/test-only day has no extra gear charge. No duplicate full gear-day rental.
Creative, admin & design

Creative direction, visual concept review and show-flow recommendations. Further custom creative work is quoted.
Administrative / content block

Presenter coordination, content inventory, approvals and client-side paperwork outside the standard package.
Physical room-design block

Basic room layout, screen/camera placement and a practical setup plan. CAD drawings, site visits and complex custom builds are quoted separately.

Basic touch edit
$125 / hour · 4-hour minimum
Clean start/end, audio level/sync checks, one export and one delivery format. Included in Managed packages at the hours specified on each package.
Polished edit
8-hour block · $1,000
Structured edit, titles/lower thirds from client-supplied brand assets, audio cleanup and one revision. Additional edit time is $125/hour.
Transcription QA / captions
$125 / hour · 2-hour minimum
Review of an auto-generated transcript, speaker/name correction and export of a clean caption/transcript file. Translation or custom caption styling is quoted.
Client quote notes
Prices: per event day in USD, before sales tax. One operator covers up to 10 show hours. Package-specific setup/testing and local delivery/pickup are included. No case or cable line charges.
Pass-through costs: venue fees, parking, tolls, freight, hotel, permits and special access are charged at cost. Travel beyond the included local zone follows the rates above.
Scope changes: custom design, rushed turnarounds, extra crew and overtime beyond the stated allowance require written approval.
Availability: listed equipment references are the selected inventory. Final availability and frequency coordination are confirmed when booked.
